Compliance & Identity Verification Data (KYC/AML)
Due to traditional financial compliance requirements, non-US users and users in certain jurisdictions may undergo KYC and AML processes. During this process, we or authorized third-party compliance service providers may collect your identity documents, nationality, residence information, and source of funds declarations.
Platform Usage Data
Basic interaction data when you access the RWAlpha platform, including device information, IP address, browser type, and access time.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service Execution & Settlement: To execute AI engine auto-rebalancing instructions and ensure weekly USDT yield settlements are accurately sent to your wallet.
- Compliance & Risk Control: To verify your eligibility, prevent service abuse, and comply with the compliance and audit requirements of our Dubai-Cayman dual-structure fund.
3. How We Share Your Information
- Fund Managers & Custodians: Including QNB (fund manager of Dubai QCD Open-end PCC), Standard Chartered Bank (asset custodian), and the BVI fund manager under Cayman RWAlpha Matrix SPC.
- Payment & Fund Routing Channels: OTC, DMZ Finance, CICC, and traditional brokers for underlying asset access, to complete USDT-fiat conversion and underlying ETF allocation.
- Regulatory Requirements: Under applicable laws or mandatory requirements from government regulators, we may need to disclose your relevant information.
4. Data Security & Decentralization Considerations
Any personally identifiable data we process off-chain is securely stored using industry-standard encryption, with strict access controls for internal personnel and unauthorized third parties.
